To register a defective Parametric product for analysis or repair, please proceed as follow:
Fill in the RMA request form below
- Provide as much details as possible
- Describe the model (type) and serial number of the Parametric product to be returned.
- Specify the defect in detail – preferably in English or German.
- By using the RMA request the user confirms to understand and accept the terms and conditions of the Service Policy.
Please allow two working days for your request to be processed. Parametric will get back to you with the following information:
- An RMA number (which serves as your reference)
- Decision whether the product will be repaired or replaced
- Further instructions on shipment
